Application Procedure:                                                              

• Please read the Rental Policies and Application Form (Form 101).                                             

• A separate application must be filled out for each person over 18 years of age.

• Each applicant must provide a form of photo Identification.

• Each applicant must provide income verification if applicable (could be bank statement, payment stub, et cetera).

• A processing fee of $25, per person, must accompany each application.

If you have already paid your $25 processing fee, you can submit the application by fax.
